Board Certified Cataract and Refractive Surgeon
Dr. Stackhouse completed his undergraduate studies at North Carolina State, majoring in biology and statistics. He went on to medical school at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, completing his four years of Ophthalmology residency at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia. Afterward, he completed his fellowship in Cornea, External Disease, and Refractive Surgery at Tulane University Medical Center in New Orleans, Louisiana. Today, he is a member of the American Medical Association, American Academy of Ophthalmology, and the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery.
