We encourage each patient to have a routine general eye exam to not only help you maintain your vision, but also identify and treat potential vision problems before they progress.
During your exam, our doctors will first dilate the eye to see into your retina. From there, will check your vision using a wide variety of tests and procedures, including simple tests such as reading an eye chart or using a high-powered lens to examine your eyes and screen for eye disorders and diseases. If any issues are detected, we will schedule further testing as necessary. Each patient’s symptoms, along with the doctor’s recommendations, determines which tests you may need.
